1. Active carbon filter element
There are two types of activated carbon filter products: compression type and bulk type.
The compressed activated carbon filter element uses high adsorption value coal activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon as filter material, and uses food grade adhesive to sinter and compress. A layer of non-woven fabric with filtering function is wrapped inside and outside the compressed active carbon filter element to ensure that the carbon powder will not fall off the carbon core itself. The two ends of the carbon core are equipped with soft Buna rubber gasket, so that the carbon core can be installed into the filter cartridge with good sealing performance.

The bulk type activated carbon filter element puts the required activated carbon particles into the special plastic shell, and uses the welding equipment to weld the end cover on the two end faces of the shell. The two ends of the shell are respectively put into the non-woven filter sheets which play the role of filtering, so as to ensure that the carbon core will not drop the carbon powder and black water when it is used. According to the needs of customers, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connection ports. The interface modes are: flat pressure type and pipeline type.
2. PP filter element
PP filter element (also known as melt blown filter element) is a kind of filter material which is made of non-toxic and tasteless polypropylene by heating, melting, spraying, pulling and receiving. PP filter element has a deep filtering structure with uniform pore diameter, sparse outside and dense inside, and has excellent characteristics of high filtering efficiency and acid and alkali resistance. It can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the liquid.

3. Ceramic filter element
Ceramic filter element is a new type of environmental protection filter element, which is made of diatomite mud and special technology. Its average pore diameter is only 0.1 μ m, which is the filter element with the highest filtration accuracy at present. At present, Katadyn in Switzerland mainly adopts the filter element technology of water purifier.
The purpose of ceramic filter element is to remove the solid particles in the solution, plating solution and tap water, while the organic impurities in the solution are removed by carbon filter element. During filtration, the solution is pushed by the pump and flows through the filter cartridge and filter element, and the particles are separated in the filter element. The filtered solution is then returned to the electroplating tank or solution tank through the core tube. It is true that the filter paper can also filter out the particles, but its function is different from that of the filter element. The filter paper isolates the particles by the surface, and the filter residue of the filter element is hidden between the yarns, and its surface area is much larger than that of the filter paper.

4. Resin filter element
Resin filter element: it is commonly used as the filter element of water softener. After filtration, it can pass the resin regenerant (soft water salt). 6. RO reverse osmosis membrane
